For this project, I decided to conduct 3 user interviews and 7 surveys for my data collection. The duration of this project took approximately 14 days total.
After I completed the interviews, I initiated an affinity map to identify how many repeating pain points there were between users. With this, I determined there were a lot of individuals who valued ordering food online over other methods. With all this, I placed my findings onto a cartesian plot which helped determine my two personas for the life of this project.
I brainstormed multiple ideas to alleviate pain points of the users. Considering the repeating pain points of the personas, I had many ideas. Essentially, I wanted to create a responsive website, where food could be purchased. After gathering inspiration, I placed the ideated features onto low fidelity wireframes.
Below you will find some of my initial desktop wireframes.
After everything appeared to be visually concise, I then made the wireframes "Prototype Ready" and prepared for testing.
After testing and hearing feedback, I made some changes to the above depicted wireframes for a more seamless navigation throughout the website. I then redesigned the the website for mobile devices.
After careful inspection of the initial wireframes, I made subtle changes and I created the high fidelity designs below.
I then created the responsive mobile design:
